Priced to the configuration.
There are no tiers on this page because Lumetrin OS does not have any to publish. Pricing comes out of a conversation about your operation, and we would rather tell you that than invent three columns with ticks in them.
- 01Understand the operation
- 02Configure the workspace
- 03Assisted onboarding
- 04Commercial proposal
How a price actually happens.
Four stages, in order. You get a figure once the configuration exists — before that, anything published would be a guess dressed up as a price.
This is the same process for every business we take on, whether the answer ends up being a small workspace or a full industry pack.
01 · Understand
The operation, understood first
What the business actually does, how much of it you would want inside one system, and who would work in it.
02 · Configure
The configuration takes shape
Which Core capabilities, which modules, and whether the Rental pack applies — the workspace is scoped to the work, not to a tier.
03 · Assisted onboarding
Moving in is assisted
Moving an operation off spreadsheets is a different job from starting clean, and we would rather understand which one it is first.
04 · Commercial proposal
A figure that means something
Pricing is quoted against that configuration once it exists — there are no published tiers, and we would rather tell you that than invent three columns with ticks in them.
The scope of the operation
What the business does, and how much of it you would want inside one system rather than spread across tools.
Who works in it
The people who would use the workspace day to day, and the roles and permissions they hold.
What moving in involves
Starting clean and migrating an operation off spreadsheets are different jobs, and they are scoped differently.
Access is arranged with us
There is no signup form standing between you and a workspace. We scope the configuration with you and set it up.
You see it working first
Instead of a trial you evaluate alone, a demo runs Lumetrin OS against your operation, with someone who can answer for it.
Terms are agreed, not configured
Commercial arrangements are handled directly rather than through a subscription dashboard.
This is how Lumetrin works today, described plainly. If it changes, this page changes with it.
Before you book.
The questions that come up most. If yours is not here, it is a good first question for the demo.
Book a demoWhat is Lumetrin OS?
A modular business operating system and CRM platform for service businesses. It combines a shared Core (contacts, opportunities, activity, staff, permissions, communications, branding and integrations) with an architecture that can be extended by modules and by industry packs built for a specific business model.
What is an industry pack?
The layer where the platform stops being general. A pack brings the records, workflows and vocabulary of one kind of business, on top of the same Core every workspace runs. Rental is the pack that exists today.
Is Lumetrin OS only for rental businesses?
No. Rental is the first industry pack, and the first industry we have taken to real depth. The Core underneath it is not rental-specific, and the architecture is built to support more than one business model. We do not list industries we have not built.
What is the difference between Lumetrin and Lumetrin OS?
Lumetrin is the software company. Lumetrin OS is its flagship product and the one you can run your business on today. Lumetrin is also designing a second product, Luma Proposals, for preparing and sending customer proposals — it is planned rather than available, and its name is still a working one.
Is Luma Proposals available?
No. It is planned. It is a second Lumetrin product being designed for businesses to create, prepare, present and submit proposals to their customers, and the name is a working name. We list it because it is real and decided, not because you can buy it — there is no waitlist and no date.
Can a business use its own branding?
Yes. A workspace carries the branding of the business operating in it, along with its people and the permissions it sets.
Which integrations are supported?
Facebook Lead Ads, Messenger, Stripe and Email. Those are the categories Lumetrin OS supports, and we do not list others to pad it out. Exactly how each one behaves for your setup is something we walk through in a demo rather than publish as a claim.
How does onboarding work?
It is assisted, not automatic. There is no public self-service signup today: we scope the workspace and the industry pack with you, and set it up.
How is pricing handled?
Through a conversation. We publish no tiers because we have none to publish, we will give you a figure once we understand the operation.
How do I see it?
Book a demo. If you would rather send the details of your operation first and hear back, request access instead.
Get a number that means something.
Tell us what your operation looks like and we will scope it properly before quoting anything. A demo is the fastest way to start that.
- A conversation, not a pitch
- The real product on screen, walked through against the way your business actually runs.
- Covered on the call
- Lumetrin OS itself: the Core every workspace runs, the modules and industry pack that apply to you, and what connecting your existing services would involve.
- Pricing, once it can mean something
- Discussed after we understand the configuration. There are no published tiers to quote you from.
